"After two complicated operations on his elbow and shoulder my 6 year old Lab was referred to Sophie for Physiotherapy. He is quite nervous and can be aggressive towards strangers who come into the home. However, after a small amount of barking, Sophie with the help of some tasty treats had Billy quite literally eating out of her hands! He was instantly calm even without me in the room and after the first visit he was totally compliant and responded positively to the treatment. Sophie always gave me feedback on how his recovery was progressing and put me at ease with the knowledge that he was improving and that eventually we would bet our dog back to full fitness.
